We are one church that currently expresses itself
in four neighborhood congregations. Each local congregation
has its own pastor, worship team, children's ministry,
etc. Yet, all of the congregations are led and governed
as one body. This model allows us to create a great
synergy and economy of scale while maintaining a
local feel and flexibility to meet the needs of the
neighborhoods where we exist.
At The Sycamore Network
we have a simple structure so we can maximize ministry
and minimize maintenance.
- At
The Sycamore Network, every member is encouraged
to be part of a small group, we call LifeGroups.
These small groups are the foundational units
in The Sycamore Network. It is through the life
of
these small groups that one can experience
the true body
life of the church.
- Every believer is a minister,is
gifted, and is called into the ministry of Christ.
- At The Sycamore Network, the small group shepherds,
pastors, and other leaders are
to make sure that
each member is equipped for the ministry
to which God has called him or her.
